Part 1: Roles and Responsibilities (15 hours)

Part 2: Communication Skills and Conflict Management (15 hours)

  • Avoiding conflict and reducing risk
  • Defusing conflict
  • Resolving conflict
  • Post incident considerations and learning from conflict

Upon successfull completion of this course student will have gained a BTEC Level 2 certificate for Door Supervision and will be in a position to apply for an SIA licence.

Cost for this training program is £350.00 per student ( No Accomodation or Meals)
